But an autopsy failed to determine the exact role these factors played in her death following liposuction and breast-reduction surgery, officials said.

Dr. Adams briefly stated his intentions to clear up inaccuracies in the press that were being said about him. He came on to say that the Wests did not want him to speak, so he walked off the show.

Another hip hop blogger by the name of Miss Info has also posted up an RIP to someone's mother but did not say Kanye West name. Losing a mother has to be the hardest thing in the world. My Prayers to the entire West family and Mr. Kanye West specifically.

As reported last week on CPWN Kanye West was on his way to beating 50 cent in first week sales of their albums. Well this was a major ass kicking by Kanye West. His official first week sales hit 957k. 50 cent came in at #2 with 691k..he g-g-g-got his ass kicked. 50 promised to retire if he lost. We can only hope hes a man of his word.
