Well Wesley Snipes was convicted today on three misdemeanor counts for failing to file a tax return. He was acquitted of tax fraud and conspiracy but could still face up to 3 years in prison. A good news/bad news day for Wesley....the moral of the story is....pay your taxes!! aaagh

As long as he pays it, i doubt he's going to jail. Community service maybe though.

    He might get some 'house arrest' time, maybe even 4 minutes jail time, give or take, but it won't be 3 years.
