Victoria Beckham in her own design again (the 'Camargue' dress), was spotted leaving the Four Seasons Hotel to have lunch with designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in the city center.Joining up with husband David Beckham, who just has signed with AC Milan. She looks fantastic i hope she starts wearing D&G again.
