Usher's wife is finally out of the hospital after spending more than a week at a swanky facility in Brazil. Tameka Foster Raymond was released Monday night from Sao Paulo's Hospital Sirio Libanes, a source tells the Associated Press, where she was admitted after suffering complications from plastic surgery.
