Simon Cowell gave ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour a $9.6million 'goodbye gift' as part of their split, it has been revealed. The X Factor supremo and his girlfriend of six years ended their relationship six weeks ago. Cowell gave Seymour $5m in cash, in addition to a $4.6m mansion in Beverly Hills as a parting gift.
