Celebrity: Scarlett Johannson - (Bio) - (Pics)

When I first saw this tattoo last week I didn't believe it was a tattoo. I thought maybe it was painted on and would come off. Well, now it's confirmed that it is in fact a tattoo. Scarlett Johansson's in fact. Now I am a fan of the tattoo. I have four of my own. But this one rubs me the wrong way. What do you think?? Is it a hit or a miss?
