Rihanna was at the Kids Choice Awards over the weekend, and nearly turned Nickelodeon into a PG-13 channel. Rocking some massive cleavage, and a near nipple slip, Rihanna was lucky she didn't have a wardrobe malfunction in front of the kiddies. Don't believe me?
