This is quite possibly the hottest dress I have ever seen a woman wear in 2008. Petra Nemcova is practically naked up on top and has a flowing . . very flowing . .. top on. She must feel great in it and we should all thank her for these lovely pictures. She almost had a nipple slip too, but not quite. More pics below.
