He is being sued, along with another site, for posting stories that allegedly defamed Samantha. Go read the story! You think, well Perez has a 'gossip' site and well, gossip is gossip, however, his site does not have the word 'gossip' anywhere. This may be a problem. I also did a search for Samantha Ronson on his site, nothing found. LOL

X17 also sued him for copyright infringement, but Lavandeira (Perez Hilton) defends his use of this material by claiming it falls under the fair use exception to the Copyright Act; that is, according to the LA Times, the photos are altered "to achieve a satiric or humorous end."

So that is why he marks on all pictures. I did not know this!

Oh shit, he has lots of lawsuits against him!

Don't like Perez Hilton at all but this is dumb. It is a gossip website. There are RUMORS on his page. Does everything in this country need a fucking warning label?!
