A judge rejects arguments by the son of Hulk Hogan that solitary is "cruel and unusual punishment" In a three-sentence order, Judge Philip J. Federico denied a motion filed Monday by attorneys for Nick Bollea, 17, claiming the confinement was "cruel and unusual punishment." Good! Ya bum. I hope he is miserable and learns a lesson.

Its good to see the legal system not backing down for him. I know it sucks, and he made a mistake but all these famous people tend to get off easier then all of us normal people.
