This picture came from a set that was taken while Mischa Barton was in Australia for the MTV awards show there. She was topless sunbathing, but her dimpled butt and thighs was waaaaay more interesting, since that is usually airbrushed out of the pictures we see of her...this is pretty bad for a 22 year old.
