NFL star quarterback Michael Vick has been sentenced to 23 months in prison for running a dog fighting ring and dog abuse charges thrown at him. Vick acknowledged he used "poor judgment" and added, "I'm willing to deal with the consequences and accept responsibility for my actions." Let's hope Vick doesn't get it doggystyle in the pen.

This whole thing is such bs. Dogs dont have rights. I also like how the judge decided on a harsher sentence based on his love for the animal. I'm glad personal bias had no effect on his decision.

    Yea I thought that was pretty stupid of the Judge to do. His personally feeling should not get in the way of the law. To me it shows a lot of bias and that should be the opposite of what a judge does.
