Olympic great Michael Phelps will give his first TV interview with NBC News' Matt Lauer since the controversial photo surfaced of Phelps allegedly smoking from a bong. ET has learned that Phelps' interview with Lauer will air on the "Today" show on Friday, March 13 -- and again on Sunday, March 15 on "Dateline" at 7 p.m. EST.
