The brother of actor Mark Ruffalo was clinging to life after an execution-style shooting in Beverly Hills, sources said. Scott Ruffalo, 39, has been in intensive care since he was found with a gunshot to the back of his head on Monday. Beverly Hills police confirmed that a man was shot on North Palm Drive at 1:30 a.m. on Monday but declined to say more.
