Madonna and her newly adopted daughter, Mercy James Chifundo, have stepped out in public for the first time in London, England. The adorable Mercy James was spotted Friday getting a piggyback ride from her mom Madge as both ladies left London’s Kabbalah Center. The little girl, four, who Madonna campaigned tirelessly to adopt from Malawi earlier this year, wore
