What a fucking moron. Not only was she driving under the influence, she was chasing someone around in her car, and was busted for coke as well. She got out of rehab about a week ago. What a dumb ass.

Why doesn't she just hire a driver to pick her up? I mean she spends twice as much with all the DUI fines and the chance to hang out in jail. Screw Herbie the love bug, Lindsay is always fully loaded.
