Lindsay Lohan has reportedly checked out of a Utah rehab clinic a month after confessing to drug and alcohol addictions. The troubled Hollywood actress left the Cirque Lodge Treatment Centre yesterday after spending most of August completing a rehabilitation programme, People reported.
