Celebrity: Leelee Sobieski - (Bio) - (Pics)

Leelee Sobieski is at the beach in Malibu yesterday and I wish I could explain that outfit she has on. She has a bathing suit on underneath it, but is wearing some awful thing over the top of it. I have no idea what the heck to call it other than terribly ugly. What do you think?
