Julie Roberts Parks in Handicapped Spots Too!

Julie Roberts and her husband Danny Moder parked their Mercedes SUV in a handicapped spot reserved for vans while shopping over the weekend. Britney Spears also parked in a handicapped spot a month or two ago. So this begs the question, do more people than I thought park in those spots?

i would think that in super rich places they would just have wider spots so people arent afraid to park near other cars.
