Us Weekly is reporting that the 27-year-old singer began tossing back cocktails Saturday at 4pm with pal CaCee Cobb and Cobb’s boyfriend Donald Faison at L.A.’s Mexicali Cocina Cantina. After binge drinking for four hours, Jessica was so out of it that she had to leave her Range Rover
