Funnyman Conan O'Brien is already getting ready for his move to L.A. next year, when he's expected to take over for Jay Leno on The Tonight Show – by buying a 10.5 million home in Brentwood, Calif., the Los Angeles Times reports. The talk show host picks up a newly-built house with a screening room and six bedrooms. So will Conan really succeed Leno? Time will tell.
