The custody hearing that transpired on Thursday June 26 did not settle anything in terms of young Sean Preston and Jayden James custody arrangement, so Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are heading to trial. "The mediation didn't result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August," said loudmouth lawyer Mark Kaplan, in a post-hearing statement.
