HERE WE GO AGAIN....Britney Spears has been charged with a misdemeanor hit and run. She struck a vehicle while trying to get into a parking space....then drove away. They got the whole thing on videotape. The trainwreck just keeps on wrecking!! ::wreck wreck wreck::
