Singer Amy Winehouse’s offer to purchase an apartment in London has been rejected after the buildings residents committee vetoed the star.The 24 year-old is already renting a home in the same development, but wanted to permanently purchase a warehouse-style home in the trendy east London complex, which she shares with her hairdresser friend Alex Foden.
