Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard has sued a tanning salon company in California, claiming it used her name and likeness without permission. The lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court claims ProSun posted the swimmer's picture on its Web site "to create the impression that Beard endorses ProSun products."
